Task
The client is a world leader in turn-key supply-chain solutions to defense forces, government agencies, commercial, energy and extractives sector clients. The client contacted Emperion to supply Internet and data connection as well as post-paid voice services for corporate use and pre-paid calling cards for staff and local re-sale.

Solution
For over a decade, Emperion has facilitated robust and fast Internet connections and millions of voice minutes to and from military and administrative personnel in peace keeping sectors and war zone camps throughout the Middle East.
Based on Emperion’s strong history with similar clients, Emperion designed, delivered, installed, commissioned and activated a fully managed end-to-end solution consisting of Internet, VPN and Voice connectivity to dozens of sites in Middle East.
Client requested a sophisticated post-paid voice solution for administrative use as well as a pre-paid calling card solution as part of a staff welfare program. For this purpose, the client has unique access and private log in to Emperion’s comprehensive billing platform, thus managing their own tariffs, unique PIN number activation and a multitude of other options. Client also has the option of using the Iphone support App: Emperion NMS, giving the local team’s full mobile access to operational and statistical information on each individual site.
